GitLab Integration

A new integration with GitLab has been added. Installing the FireTail GitLab app will enable you to scan your GitLab repositories for OpenAPI specifications. This integration also creates OpenAPI specifications from static code analysis for the following languages:

• Python - Flask
• Node.js - Express.js
• Go - net/http
• Java

APIs

• API Ownership: You can now add owners to APIs.
• API Tagging: Custom Tags can be added to APIs.
• Tag Propagation: Ability to propagate tags from applications to their associated APIs.

API Filters

• Tags and owners can now be used to filter APIs.
• Added new operators for API filtering:
  • "Is One Of": Filter APIs matching one or more values.
  • "Is Not One Of": Filter APIs excluding specific values.

Log Enhancements

Sequences have been added to AWS, GCP, and Azure API Logs.

Wiz Integration

Released Wiz production for API data enrichment. When enabled, the Wiz integration will automatically upload API findings to Wiz for further analysis and insights.

API Contract Testing

Contract testing can now use the specification from the triggering event for validation.

Events

Modifying an application now generates an event.

Code Scanning

Java is now supported for code scanning.
