Modify an application

In the FireTail platform, you can update application settings and manage ownership or custom tags. Follow these steps to modify an application:

1. Navigate to Applications in the FireTail platform.
2. Select the application you want to modify.
3. Click Settings, then click Edit Application.

You can modify:

• Application Name

You can add or modify existing:

• Owners: Add owners to the application.
• Custom Tags: Add custom tags to the application.

The following options can be toggled on or off:

• Propagate Custom Tags: Automatically inherit tags for any API created under this application.
• Propagate Owners: Automatically inherit owners for any API created under this application.
• Update Existing APIs: Apply owners and custom tags to all existing APIs in this application.

4. Click Submit to save your changes.
