The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your organization's AI activities, offering insights into AI services and platforms, risk status and activity data. The dashboard consolidates critical metrics, logs, and resource usage helping to optimize performance, enhance security, and track key trends.

• The Workforce Risk dashboard monitors workforce interactions and identifies potential risks across your organization.
• The Workforce Usage dashboard shows how your workforce interacts with different AI platforms.
• The Workload Risk dashboard highlights the AI services that pose the greatest risk.
• The Workload Usage dashboard provides a view of AI services, resources, and usage statistics across different providers.

Workforce Risk Dashboard

The Workforce Risk Dashboard helps you monitor workforce interactions and identify potential risks across your organization. Key components include:

• Logs by Policy Intervention: A chart showing how your policies intervened over the selected time period, split into Blocked, Bypassed, Redirected and Blocked (Guardrail).
• Logs by Service: Organizes logs by the platform used, highlighting which services are most active.
• Logs by Risk: A table of the most recent logs based on risk level, helping you quickly identify high-risk activity.

Workforce Usage Dashboard

The Workforce Usage Dashboard offers insights into how your workforce interacts with different AI platforms. Key components include:

• Log Activity: Employee AI log volume over time, broken down by policy action and by platform.
• Token Usage: Token consumption over time, and the same total split by platform.
• Top Consumers: The employees and devices generating the most activity, and the employees blocked most often.
• Usage Breakdown: Consumption grouped by platform (chats, file uploads, image generations, and website visits), alongside a table ranking platforms by employee activity.

Every chart on this dashboard can be exported to CSV from the download icon beside its title.

Workload Risk Dashboard

The Workload Risk Dashboard helps you identify and prioritize the AI services that pose the greatest risk across your organization. Key components include:

• Risk Trends: Finding volume over time, broken down by finding code, status and severity.
• Top 10 AI Models by risk score: A table of the ten highest-risk AI models, allowing you to drill into the details of each one.

Workload Usage Dashboard

The Workload Usage Dashboard offers a centralized view of AI services, resources, and usage statistics across different providers. Key components include:

• Connected Services: Displays all connected AI services and those available to connect.
• Summary: Resources and logs grouped by provider, plus total token usage over time.
• Log Volume: Cloud log volume broken down by log type and by region.
• Token Usage: Input and output tokens by provider, and total tokens by model and by project.
