How do I change my payment details?

Only users assigned the role of Owner or Admin can view and update billing details.
You can change the current payment method.

Navigate to the organization dropdown on the FireTail platform.

Select Manage settings from the dropdown menu.

Click the Billing tab. The billing page opens in a new window.

Click the pencil icon next to the currently selected payment method.

To select a previously added payment:
- Select the payment method.
- Click Update.

To add a new method:
- Click Add payment method.
- Enter the card details. Click Update.
