Reset password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset link to be sent to your email.

1. At log in, click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address you use to log in. Click Continue.
3. A reset password link is sent to your email from FireTail support (check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive the email). Click the link in the email.
4. You will be prompted to create a new password. Enter your new password and then enter it again to confirm. Click Reset password.

Password Requirements:

• At least eight characters long.
• Include characters from at least three of the following four categories:
  • Lowercase letters.
  • Uppercase letters.Numbers (0-9).
  • Special characters (for example, !&%%^*).

When the password has been reset, you can log in to your account using the new password.
