Devices

Devices represent the hardware used by your organization's employees to access AI services.

In the side menu, go to AI and under Workforce select Devices.

Details

• Name: The device's name.
• Serial Number: Unique identifier for the device.
• Employee: The individual using the device.
• OS: The device’s operating system and it's version.
• IP Address: Network address used by the device.
• MAC Address: Hardware address for network identification.
• Creation Date and Last Modified: When the device was registered and last updated.

Edit Device

A device's details and associated resources can be updated at any time by clicking Edit Device.
